For our Main Office<\/a> in Porto Sant’Elpidio (Fermo) we are looking for an In-house Native English Quality Manager & Proofreader\/Translator<\/em>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Position responsibilities:<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00b7 Translate and proofread various types of documents related to Marketing\/Life Sciences\/Finance
\n\u00b7 Ensure translated documents mirror the original source document
\n\u00b7 Edit documents
\n\u00b7 Efficiently maintains formal disciplined operations procedures across a variety of client projects
\n\u00b7 Track project-specific non-conformances and resolutions
\n\u00b7 Personally perform project QA steps
\n\u00b7 Help with the development of new processes and improvement of existing ones<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Essential skills and experience required:<\/u><\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Minimum Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent (ideally in Translation Studies)
\n\u00b7 Must have excellent communication (written and verbal) skills in Italian<\/strong> and some\/all of the following languages: Spanish\/French\/German
\n\u00b7 Native level of English<\/strong>
\n\u00b7 Acute attention to detail, spelling and grammar
\n\u00b7 Ability to support multiple projects
\n\u00b7 Ability to maintain professionalism in all situations, especially under tight deadlines
\n\u00b7 Abitity to use SDL Trados Studio
\n\u00b7 Prior translation \/ proofreading experience<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

IMPORTANT: the ideal candidate MUST BE a <\/strong><\/u>native English speaker<\/strong><\/u> (ideally from UK or USA) with an excellent\/advanced knowledge of Italian and should be able to relocate to central Italy.<\/strong><\/u><\/p>\n
